Bosspy online again!

The website Bosspy start to be online again but we regret to inform you that your data could not be restored… 

It’s mean for our old users, you will don’t get your last logs messages, calls, GPS locations … and your account too.

IMPORTANT: To don’t need to config all again, please follow that steps:

1. In what phone I need to install the software?

The software must be install in the phone you want to monitor.

2. Does the phone must get an internet access?

Yes, the target phone must get an unlimited internet access via 3G or Wifi.

3. How to know if Bosspy is available for my phone?

Bosspy is compatible with Android phones, iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

4. Does Bosspy software works in any country?

Yes, our software works in all countries if the target phone get an unlimited internet access.

5. I don’t received my data, where come from the problem?

Check if the target phone is turned ON, if it get an internet access and if in the Settings of your Bosspy account, you activated already all the functions.

6. I don’t receive the Keylogg file in my mail box, why?

The Keylogg file is send to your email every hour at less the user taped something on the keyboard.

7. How many devices can I monitor at the same time?

Every account are limited at 3 devices. If you need to monitor more, please create a second account.

8. How to uninstall the software?

  • For iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch:  

You have two choices. Make appear the 1mole interface with your secret code then tape on the Uninstall button. You can also tape on the Uninstall button in the Settings of your Bosspy account.

  • For Android phones:

Go in the Settings in the phone > Applications > Manage applications then delete de line com.android.preference.help
